“I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

“I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

When I informed that I was charged for 6 rooms and that I had only requested 3 they would not give a refund for rooms I didn’t even request for then on top of that they had said I had checked in to all the rooms when I checked in to 3 with a deposit. “The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up.
